Look # 22. Geisha from the 60’s
As probably you have already noticed, this fall/winter season designers were crazy about cosmic metallic colors… Metallic turquoise from Rodarte and cosmic pink from Terekhov were one of my favorites.
When my Terekhov coat finally arrived, I was pregnant and looked at it differently. Now you always need to take into consideration quite big baby bump which not always look flattering or fitting in your ordinary clothes. But my piece of advice – don’t be scared to buy items bigger than your usual size and style them unexpectedly.
This time I decided to make quite an unusual mix inspired by Asia, but still with the hint of crazy sixties. Socks with Charlotte Olympia Japanese shoes and bow on the top of the bump, are my interpretation of the “Geisha look”. But I couldn’t resist to add some crazy make-up and earrings from my favorite 60’s.
